This website is owned by Secret Floral Enterprise. The term "Secret Floral" or "we" or "our" or "us" refers to the owner of the website which is Secret Floral.
The term "you" or "your" or "buyer" refers to the user or viewer of this website.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please leave the site and discontinue using our services immediately. Secret Floral reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page without prior notice.

Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of material used. All prices are non-negotiable. Kindly go through and understand the product price, detail and description listed in the product page.
Price increase is subjected to all product on 9th - 15th February yearly due to price hike on the month of February (Valentine's day)
As flower are subject to seasonal availability, all displayed price of the product are subject to change without prior notice.
Please refer to our Delivery Information for detail about our delivery area and pricing.
Payment secures the listed prices and prevents any further price increases, except in the exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. increase in flower/material price, etc.)
To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the "Payment Method" page.
All our product are pre-order in advance, kindly choose your preferred pre-order date in advance (e.g 2 days pre-order, 5 days pre-order)
For Valentine's day order, please choose the product from our Valentine's Collection.
If you wish to order for same day delivery, kindly click the same day delivery column to choose the product (same day delivery product is subject to flower availability)
You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction. Order details amendment is not allowed.
A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.
You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.
FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any flower supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
After payment for order is made successfully, there will be no cancellation allow. However if you wish to change to product (subject to 2 days advance of delivery date) in a lower range, the remaining balance will be credited as store credit to the customer's account at secretfloral.com and can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available.
No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled/delivered.
We are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For items that are returned, Buyer will bear the costs for the return of that item. We regret that we cannot refund the postage costs.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Secret Florals products are delivered by motorcycle or car (depending on size) within Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur and selected area in Selangor.
Dried flower bouquet is delivered by Poslaju
We deliver our products from Mondays to Sundays between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
We do not provide specific time deliveries and do not guarantee the delivery to be on time, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to adverse weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood etc, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
As flowers are highly perishable items returns and refund is not acceptable for all flower that we delivered out . If you/recipient received the flower in fully wilted condition upon receive, please provide us a photo of the flower and we will assist you on flower care.
Please note that only one delivery attempt will be made. If we are unable to locate the recipient, we will call you regarding the situation and you are to decide within 10 minutes time for the following two option:
Option 1 : Allow a representative to collect the flower on behalf of the recipient, or drop it at a place that recipient is reachable (e.g. Security post, receptionist, at the door step)
Option 2 : Return the item to our office and reschedule for a second delivery attempt (return fee and second delivery attempt fee is bear by buyer)
